Student Resources

UHS firmly believes that the education of your child is a partnership between the parents, students and the school. To this end UHS works tirelessly to communicate with our school community about the school and its activities.  You can access our daily bulletin, and have it sent via email daily. Parents will receive newsletters with every grade report and all parents are included in our email advisories. More importantly UHS has created many different vehicles so you can monitor your student’s progress in class.

• PowerSchool is the most important link. PowerSchool lets you monitor the attendance and grades of individual students including all assignments. Passwords into PowerSchool are given to every student at the beginning of the year. Parents can also call our office if you have lost the password. You can download Parent Portal Guide.
   
• Moodle is our Course Management System, contains the teacher’s overview, syllabus, assignments and calendar for each class taught.
   
• UHS Calendar includes all school events for the school year. This changes as events change.
   
• Phoenix Alliance is the primary parent organization and their website has many resources.
   
• Student Handbook, which all students are given at the beginning of the year includes an overview on how UHS operates.
   
• Directory includes names and email addresses.
   
• Student Activities provide a list of ways students can get involved in extracurricular activities.
