Family Connection

“Family Connection” from Naviance is a web-based service designed specifically for students and their parents. Family Connection is a comprehensive website that you and your child can use to help make plans related to your child’s college and career.

Family Connection will allow you and your child to:

  • Get involved with the planning and advising process — Build a resume, complete online surveys, and manage timelines and deadlines for making decisions about colleges and careers.
  • Research Colleges — Compare GPA, standardized test scores, and other statistics to actual historical data from our school for students who have applied and been admitted to various colleges.
  • Sign up for college visits — Find out which colleges are visiting our school and sign up to attend those sessions.

Registration codes are needed to logon to Family Connection. If we have an email address on file for our parents, they should have already received an email from Naviance, detailing directions for logging onto Naviance.

To logon to Naviance, please visit: Family Connection @ UHS
If you have any questions about the Naviance program, please contact your child’s counselor.

Moodle is a free and open-source e-learning software platform, also known as a Course Management System (CMS), or Learning Management System (LMS). Instructors at UHS will be using Moodle to extend their ability to provide resources to their students.

  • Students will be able to log into Moodle and participate in discussions, turn-in assignments, take quizzes, and interact with fellow classmates.
  • Parents can view courses and stay informed as to what is happening in the course via the "Guest" login.
